This is a tough one heres what a found so far for 3 but none of these names seem to work:
Ted Lupin, named after his maternal grandfather Ted Tonks. James Potter, Harry and Ginny's son, named after his paternal grandfather. Lily Potter, Harry and Ginny's daughter, named after her paternal grandmother. Albus Severus Potter, first name from Albus Dumbledore and middle name from Severus Snape. Tom Marvolo Riddle, first name from his father and middle name from his maternal grandfather Marvolo Gaunt. Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, first middle name appears to come from his father's first name. You've got Fred Weasley, George's son, named for his Uncle Fred who was his father's twin. R.A.B is: Regulus Arcturus Black, according to the Family tree of the family Black at wikipedia. Orion (Father of Sirius and Regulus) his father's name is Arcturus, so I think regulus is named after his grandfather.
