I vote to expel Voldemort.
He didn't understand the fact that IMing someone after they've been out the game for so long...isn't always wanted. Sorry, but out of the four--and knowing nothing about them(basically) it is all I have to go off of. Good luck to Voldemort and the other three that made it this far.
